We take great pride in the animals we produce and want you to be as satisfied with your purchase as we can humanly offer. The following terms are in place to help maintain customer satisfaction. Thank you for your cooperation and purchase!
-All snakes are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding, and properly sexed. (unless other arrangements have been discussed)
-All animals are guaranteed for 48 hours. A signature is required on first delivery attempted by carrier or health guarantee is void. If there is a problem with your animal/shipment, please contact us within 48 hours so that we may remedy the issue. We may refund or replace your animal depending on issue. In the case of a DOA, you must save the animals body, by freezing, for further instructions. We are NOT responsible for return shipping costs.
-Accepted forms of payment are: All major Credit Cards via Paypal, Paypal, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Personal Checks and Cash. (Please don't send cash payments via mail. All payments must clear before your order ships)

-We only ship within the USA and will not ship out of this country.
-We are not responsible for checking your state and local regulations, ordinances, and laws. PLEASE be certain that you do not need special licensing for any of the reptiles we offer. Once an animal is paid for and shipped, this responsibility is yours.
-As ALWAYS, we sell nothing but captive bred animals...no brokering. NO IMPORTS, NO IBD, NO MISSOURI SPECIES!
